This is a hands-on and varied role, combining technical oversight with supplier management and compliance.</p><p>You'll be involved in maintaining fleet standards, supporting incident investigations, and helping shape maintenance strategies to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy, compliant, and cost-effective. The role will also require travel across sites, with occasional overnight stays. xwzovoh </p><p>Assistant Fleet Engineering Manager Essential Skills:</p><ul><li>NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in HGV engineering and maintenance</li><li>Strong understanding of transport legislation and compliance (ADR knowledge advantageous)</li><li>Experience supporting fleet operations and maintenance strategies</li><li>Confident IT skills and ability to manage data effectively</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Proactive, organised, and able to manage workload independently</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul><p>To Be Considered: Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via .
