Since opening in 2017, Isabel has become synonymous with refined hospitality in Mayfair.<br>The Assistant Bar Manager plays a key role in supporting the Bar Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar while helping create a vibrant, welcoming, and high-performing environment for both guests and team members.<br>This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional hospitality standards, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to inspire and develop a team within a fast-paced luxury venue.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Support the Bar Manager in the daily operation of the bar<br>Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team<br>Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain Isabels high service standards<br>Ensure the bar is organised, fully stocked, and compliant with health & safety procedures<br>Assist with rotas, stock control, and overall team performance<br>Maintain a warm, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere throughout service<br>Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently<br>Support the financial and operational performance of the venue<br>Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently<br>Support the financial and operational performance of the venue<br>About You<br>Previous experience in a premium or luxury hospitality environment<br>Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations<br>Natural leadership and team development skills<br>Charismatic and confident floor presence<br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities<br>Financial awareness including stock control and labour management<br>Computer literate with POS system knowledge<br>Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences xwzovoh <br>Able to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards<br>Why Join Us?
