<p><strong>Aseptic Expert / Manager – Contract </strong></p><p><br><br>If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.<br></p><p>Location: Guildford, UK (Onsite)</p><p>Duration: 12 months (extension likely to 2027)</p><p>Start Date: ASAP</p><p>Type: Contract / Freelance</p><p><br></p><p>I’m supporting a key client with an urgent requirement for an Aseptic Specialist / Manager to join their antigen manufacturing site.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and implement a site-wide contamination control strategy</li><li>Lead efforts to optimize aseptic manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.</li><li>Conduct deep root cause analysis (RCA) on contamination and batch failures</li><li>Drive improvements in aseptic behaviours and GMP practices</li><li>Support manufacturing continuity and prevent batch loss</li><li>Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel on aseptic techniques, procedures, and best practices to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and compliance</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Production, QA, Microbiology & Engineering teams</li><li>Provide hands-on guidance during maintenance shutdown and restart activities</li><li>Develop and embed a robust, sustainable operating program through to 2027</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>10 years’+ experience in aseptic / sterile manufacturing environments</li><li>Strong background in biologics / antigen manufacturing (essential)</li><li>Proven experience resolving contamination and sterility challenges</li><li>Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective actions</li><li>Solid understanding of purification processes and GMP standards</li><li>Ability to operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused capacity</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement across multi-disciplinary teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a high-impact, onsite role where you’ll be expected to take ownership and deliver tangible improvements quickly. xwzovoh </p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this role, please do not hesitate to send me your CV today for an immediate response!</p>
