<p><strong>Commercial Vehicle Equipment | South | Field Based</strong></p><p><br><br>Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.<br></p><p>A well-established manufacturer and supplier of commercial vehicle workshop equipment is looking to appoint an <strong>Area Sales Manager</strong> to support continued growth across the South of England.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a field-based role managing a defined territory, developing relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities across the commercial vehicle workshop sector.</p><p>One of the key attractions of this position is the strength of the company’s marketing function. The business is a recognised leader in its sector and invests heavily in marketing activity that consistently generates a <strong>high volume of high-quality inbound enquiries</strong>, providing the sales team with strong opportunities alongside territory development.</p><p>The role also offers a <strong>highly achievable OTE</strong>, with a well-established product portfolio and strong brand reputation within the industry.</p><p><br></p><p>The Role</p><p>• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across your territory</p><p>• Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial vehicle workshops</p><p>• Promote a range of specialist workshop equipment including lifts, brake testers and related products</p><p>• Convert inbound sales enquiries generated through the company’s marketing activity</p><p>• Plan and manage your sales territory to maximise growth opportunities</p><p>• Attend regular sales meetings and contribute to wider commercial strategy</p><p>• Travel across the region with occasional overnight stays where required</p><p><br></p><p>The Candidate</p><p>This role would suit a <strong>driven field sales professional</strong> who enjoys building relationships, managing a territory and developing new business opportunities.</p><p>You will likely bring:</p><p>• Experience in a B2B sales or field sales environment</p><p>• Strong communication and relationship-building skills</p><p>• A proactive approach to identifying and developing opportunities</p><p>• Good planning and organisation to manage a regional territory effectively</p><p>• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team</p><p>• A full UK driving licence is required and comfortable with one night a week away (fully expensed). xwzovoh </p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation in its sector, a supportive sales team and a marketing engine that helps generate consistent opportunities for the field sales team.</p>
