Architectural Technologist / Technician (Revit)

Anderselite are working with an established AJ100 architectural practice with studios in London and Cardiff, who are seeking to appoint a talented Architectural Technologist / Technician to support the delivery of major residential and mixed-use projects.<br><br>Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.<br><br>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a design-led practice with a strong reputation for quality and staff development.<br><br>The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, producing high-quality technical drawings and coordinating documentation for large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes.<br><br>You will work closely with Architects and Designers, using your technical knowledge to bring projects through to completion.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>- Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages.<br><br>- Work within project teams to support delivery across all RIBA stages.<br><br>- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.<br><br>- Produce and manage models and drawings in Revit (AutoCAD knowledge also useful).<br><br>- Contribute to the resolution of technical and design challenges.<br><br>- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, consultants, and contractors.<br><br>- Manage workload efficiently, delivering work to deadlines and to the highest quality.<br><br>Candidate Requirements<br>- Minimum 2–3 years' UK-based architectural experience.<br><br>- Qualified Architectural Technician / Technologist.<br><br>- Proficiency in Revit is essential AutoCAD skills advantageous.<br><br>- Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing.<br><br>- Experience in residential or mixed-use projects highly desirable.<br><br>- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br><br>- Flexible, proactive, and committed approach to teamwork.<br><br>- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.<br><br>What's on Offer<br>- Competitive salary based on experience.<br><br>- Opportunity to work on major residential and mixed-use projects.<br><br>- Employee Ownership Trust model, with a focus on staff growth and wellbeing.<br><br>- Support for professional development and career progression.<br><br>- Collaborative and inclusive studio culture.<br><br>Interested? xwzovoh Please apply with your CV and portfolio today, or contact Anderselite for a confidential discussion about the role.
