Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support their growing Data Centre team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:<br><br>Support the technical delivery of Data Centre-focused projects<br>Assist in the preparation of detailed planning application submissions<br>Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design intent<br>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery<br>Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation<br>Work closely with the practice’s Technical Director to maintain quality and complianceKey Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:<br><br>Proficient in Revit<br>Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects, ideally including Data Centres<br>Strong understanding of construction methods, building xwzovoh regulations, and technical detailing<br>Experience preparing planning applications and technical documentation<br>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment<br>Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetTo express interest, please send your CV to Harley at (url removed) or contact him on 0 for more information
