A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.<br>Location: Grays, Thurrock<br>Contract: Fixed Term until July 2027<br>Salary: £95-£110 per day<br>An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Grays is seeking a passionate and dedicated Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join their brand-new Autism Resource Base , which will grow to accommodate up to 10 children. The provision will be led by an experienced specialist teacher, and you will be supported by the Base Manager and a highly collaborative SEN team.<br>This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping a new resource base, working closely with pupils with autism to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.<br>The Role:<br>Provide tailored ABA support to pupils with autism within a small resource base setting.<br>Work closely with the Base Manager, specialist teacher, and wider SEN team to deliver high-quality interventions.<br>Support children to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.<br>Assist in creating an engaging, nurturing, and structured learning environment.<br>Receive on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.<br>The Ideal Candidate:<br>Experience working with children with ASD and knowledge of ABA approaches (desirable but not essential).<br>A passion for supporting children with additional needs and a drive to make a real difference.<br>Patience, resilience, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.<br>Commitment, enthusiasm, and a team-player mentality.<br>What the School Offers:<br>A positive, community-focused environment where pupils and staff feel proud to belong.<br>Strong leadership and a culture of collaboration and support.<br>Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth.<br>A focus on staff wellbeing alongside pupil development.<br>This is an exciting chance to join a school that is developing new specialist provision to ensure every child receives the education they deserve.<br>If you are passionate about SEN support and want to be part of shaping a new autism resource base, we'd love to hear from you.
