<p><strong>Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic</strong></p><p>Hours: 4 day working week, 37 hour's. Mon to Thurs. </p><p>It alternates between days and nights. </p><p><br><br>Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.<br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with the Approved Technical Information and relevant risk assessments and that all airworthiness records are maintained</li><li>Make sure all activities are appropriately documented and identify and report any issues and escalate as appropriate</li><li>Procedure/Standards – Complying with the Organisations MOE, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards</li><li>Safety Management System – You will understand and apply human factors, error management, within maintenance</li><li>Continuing Airworthiness Assurance (Quality) – Ensuring maintenance activities are compliant with the Continuing Airworthiness Assurance Management system</li><li>You will be undertaking a range of maintenance on an aircraft which may include, as appropriate, aircraft role changes, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/or functional/system test</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your skills and experiences</strong></p><ul><li>Experience xwzovoh of working within and the practical application of EASA/MRP Part 145</li><li>Experience of working on complex military aircraft programmes</li><li>Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent military qualifications OR NVQ </li><li>Academic qualification for this role is a minimum of City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance or equivalent</li></ul>
