The role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining air conditioning systems, as well as diagnosing and repairing faults in various HVAC equipment. The engineer will collaborate with clients to ensure timely and high-quality project completion, adhering to all safety standards and specifications. Routine tasks include site preparation, equipment installation, performance testing, and system troubleshooting. Must be within 25 miles of Stafford. xwzovoh Working away will be required for this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Building Maintenance, Facility Management (FM), and related services</li><li>Strong expertise in HVAC systems, Maintenance, and Repair</li><li>Knowledge of Building Services and an understanding of safety regulations</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults effectively</li><li>Hands-on experience with leading air conditioning brands like Mitsubishi and Toshiba is advantageous</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams</li><li>Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in HVAC or Building Services Engineering</li></ul>
