AI Product Engineer

This isn’t a role where you’re handed tickets. You’ll be in the conversation, figuring out what matters, and shipping solutions that get used. </p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for someone who can bridge product thinking, software engineering, and real-world AI system behaviour, turning ideas into reliable, production-ready features used at scale. You will work across the full stack, with a strong focus on building AI-driven user-facing features, debugging LLM behaviour in production, and shaping how AI is embedded into real products. </p><p><br></p><p>Salary: £60k-80k base. We're building new businesses, launching new products, and transforming how our companies operate — and we're doing it fast.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems, shape what should be built, and translate that into working solutions </li><li>Translate those conversations into working products — features, tools, automations, new businesses — using AI as the primary build tool</li><li>Full-Stack Ownership: end-to-end product ownership, including designing interfaces, managing data, and optimising backend performance</li><li>Work across multiple companies at once: different sectors, different problems, different contexts</li><li>Build and ship AI-powered solutions that improve how the business operates </li><li>Own what you build, iterate, improve, and maintain solutions based on real usage and feedback </li><li>Move fast, iterate, and continuously improve what’s in production </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><ul><li>Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in building full-stack applications.</li><li>AI/ML Experience: Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM-powered workflows.</li><li>Product Mindset: Ability to translate business problems into technical, user-friendly solutions.</li><li>Product Development: Experience with 0-->1 product creation or early-stage startups</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity — you fill gaps sensibly and flag issues early</li><li>Proactive communicator — you surface blockers, not surprises</li><li>You've built something end-to-end that you can show us.
