design and implement an AI-powered operating system for our business.</p><p>The goal is to connect our existing software and create a digital executive assistant that automates repetitive tasks, qualification</li><li>Trigger personalised responses to new enquiries</li><li>Create tasks and reminders for follow-up</li><li>Produce pipeline and conversion reporting</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Estimating & Quoting</p><ul><li>Integrate LeadConnector with Quotient</li><li>Automate quote creation and follow-up</li><li>Track accepted, pending, and expired quotes</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Operations & Workforce</p><ul><li>Pull timesheet and attendance data from Connecteam</li><li>Identify missing forms, clock-ins, and compliance issues</li><li>Generate daily operational summaries</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Finance & Administration</p><ul><li>Automate overdue invoice reminders</li><li>Produce cashflow and KPI dashboards</li><li>Reduce manual reporting and data entry</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Executive Assistant Functionality</p><ul><li>Deliver daily management briefings</li><li>Summarise important emails and meetings</li><li>Highlight urgent actions
