The role will provide excellent customer service and account support across two of their fast-growing sales divisions. You will help to develop, grow and support some of their biggest customers!<br><strong>Key Responsibilities – Account Support Executive</strong><br> <ul><li>To accurately process all sales orders in line with stated time limits</li><li>To contact all customers by telephone as directed and within the stated time limits, ensuring customers have no cause for complaint or conflict.</li><li>To respond to all inbound calls & inbound emails in accordance with company policy.</li><li>To respond to customers in a prompt and courteous manner on all customer enquiries within the given time limits.</li><li>Managing and concluding customer queries to a satisfactory outcome</li><li>Escalate customer queries if needed. </li><li>To communicate with all appropriate internal departments to ensure set objectives for individual accounts are met.</li><li>Attending meetings or team calls with customers as and when required. </li><li>To assist the credit control supervisor to ensure strict payment to terms as agreed with each account.</li><li>Work with the wider operational team to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF).</li></ul> <br><strong>Key Requirements – Account Support Executive</strong><br> <ul><li>Experience in B2B sales or account support, with strong customer service skills.</li><li>Possess the ability to work well under pressure.</li><li>Must be able to communicate at all levels both internally & externally.</li><li>Must have experience in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Office packages.</li><li>Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Be numerate and commercially astute. xwzovoh </li><li>Knowledge of SAP desirable but not essential. </li></ul> <br>REF-228 304<br>
