<p>Job Description</p><br>Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.<br><p>Account Manager / Project Manager</p><p>Biddisham | Full time - Hybrid working 4 days in the office - Friday working from home</p><p>£42,000 OTE - uncapped commission</p><p>We're partnering with a well-established and fast-growing UK business operating in the infrastructure and civil engineering space, supporting major residential and commercial developments across the country.</p><p>This isn't your typical internal sales role - you're not selling "nice-to-have" products… you're working with essential infrastructure that every project relies on.</p><p>The Role</p><p>This is a fast-paced, office-based internal sales (Account Management only) position focused on managing inbound enquiries and converting them into orders. No cold calling or business developmeent.</p><p>You'll be:</p><ul><li>Full Training will be provided</li><li>Handling incoming customer enquiries and producing accurate quotes</li><li>Following up quotations to convert opportunities into orders</li><li>Negotiating pricing within set margins to win business</li><li>Building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts</li><li>Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers</li><li>Working closely with technical and operations teams to support client needs</li><li>Providing basic xwzovoh technical guidance around products and specifications</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Experience in a sales role of some sort</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li></ul><p>This vacancy is being advertised by Aaron Wallis Recruitment and Training Limited operating as an Employment Agency, registered in England No. 6356563.
