Job description
Account Manager I'm working with a growing events and exhibitions business looking to appoint an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of key clients.<br><br>Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.<br><br>This is a relationship-led role, focused on growing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from brief through to completion.<br><br>A full UK driving licence is essential for this position due to regular travel to client sites and events.<br><br>To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or another client-facing commercial role.<br><br>We're particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate: Proven experience managing and developing client relationships.<br><br>Experience preparing quotations, proposals and commercial solutions for customers.<br><br>A track record of growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.<br><br>Strong client retention skills and a proactive approach to customer service.<br><br>Commercial awareness, with experience working to KPIs, targets and revenue objectives.<br><br>Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM systems.<br><br>Exposure to events, exhibitions, trade shows or project-led environments would be advantageous.<br><br>Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a genuine desire to build long-term client partnerships.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.<br><br>Please note: Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence. xwzovoh <br><br>For a confidential discussion, please contact Sam Strong at SF Partners.
