<p>We are partnering with a <strong>global health leader in diagnostics and healthcare technology</strong> to recruit an experienced <strong>Account Manager – Managed Service Contracts</strong> coveringBucks–Oxford–Berks region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in <strong>diagnostics, pathology, and NHS accounts</strong> to manage complex contracts and drive value across a strategic region.</p><p><br><br>Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.<br></p><p>With millions of diagnostic tests processed daily, this organisation plays a critical role in enabling <strong>smarter clinical decision-making and improved patient outcomes</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of Managed Service Contracts and supplier sub-contracts</li><li>Support NHS customer supply chain requirements across multiple sites</li><li>Drive cost savings and value optimisation across third-party suppliers</li><li>Lead and coordinate tenders, contract extensions, and renewals</li><li>Conduct mini-tenders and manage supplier pricing submissions</li><li>Track supplier performance (financial & operational KPIs)</li><li>Maintain and update customer and supplier contracts</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tender, Service & Implementation teams</li><li>Attend and lead customer contract review meetings</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Ideal Candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>diagnostics / IVD / laboratory environment </strong>(haematology, pathology, molecular diagnostics)</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Managed Service Contracts</strong></li><li>Experience working with <strong>NHS customers and complex xwzovoh tender processes</strong></li><li>Background in procurement, contract management, or supply chain</li><li>Demonstrated success in high-value negotiations and stakeholder management</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and contract governance</li><li>Biomedical Science background or CIPS qualification advantageous</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This role gives you the opportunity to work in a market-leading diagnostics organisation at the forefront of healthcare innovation and play a key role in delivering complex NHS diagnostic solutions.</p>
