<p><strong>Account Manager | Customer Success | AdTech</strong></p><p><br><br>Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.<br></p><p>We’re partnering with a well-known independent AdTech business looking to hire an Account Manager to join their Customer Success team.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a client-facing role focused on campaign delivery, performance management, and building strong relationships across agency and advertiser partners.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly from launch through to reporting and optimisation, while helping drive long-term client success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Own and manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from setup through to delivery, optimisation and reporting</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for agency and client stakeholders during live campaigns</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships across agency and media teams</li><li>Monitor campaign delivery and performance, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Activation, Product and Operations teams to ensure campaigns achieve client objectives</li><li>Deliver campaign insights, reporting and post-campaign analysis to clients</li><li>Support process improvements and operational efficiency across campaign management workflows</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to implement real-time performance optimisations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience within customer success, account management, campaign management or digital advertising operations</li><li>Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and campaign delivery processes</li><li>Some hands-on experience with ad servers, tracking systems and campaign management platforms</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li><li>Strong Excel and presentation skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Opportunity to join a growing AdTech business in a high-growth digital media environment</li><li>Broad exposure across digital campaign delivery, customer success and client strategy</li><li>Collaborative culture with strong cross-functional exposure</li><li>High level of ownership and autonomy within a supportive team</li><li>Excellent opportunity for progression within a scaling business</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Hybrid working model based in London.</p><p><br></p><p>Unfortunately, due to high application volumes, we may not be able to respond to every application individually. xwzovoh If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please assume your application has not been successful on this occasion.</p>
