The organisation specialises in alternative assets, providing clients with a secure and seamless way to build and manage their portfolios.</p><p><br></p><p>With a strong market presence and impressive growth trajectory, you’ll be joining a high-performing sales environment where commercial thinking, relationship-building and delivering a premium client experience are key.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We’re looking for ambitious Account Managers to join a growing sales team, managing investor relationships, driving trading activity and supporting customers through the buying and selling process.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a high-activity, phone-based role where you’ll manage a mix of inbound investor enquiries and proactive follow-ups. You’ll build long-term relationships with clients, respond to market movements and generate revenue through strong pipeline management.</p><p>This is not cold, transactional selling - it’s about building trust, understanding customer investment goals and converting warm opportunities into trading activity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build and manage your own pipeline of investor relationships</li><li>Support customers with buying and selling precious metals</li><li>Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into revenue</li><li>Generate trading activity through outbound calls and follow-ups</li><li>Discuss pricing, premiums and market movements confidently</li><li>Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios</li><li>Promote wider services including storage and portfolio solutions</li><li>Monitor economic trends and precious metals markets</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and trading targets</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, trading, investment or financial services</li><li>Experience in financial services, investment, precious metals xwzovoh or HNW customer environments would be beneficial</li><li>Target-driven, competitive and commercially aware</li><li>Confident discussing pricing, markets and financial concepts</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly</li><li>Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel and sales data</li><li>Interest in financial markets, economics or investment is advantageous</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Apply?</strong></p><ul><li>High earning potential with uncapped commission</li><li>Work in a fast-growing investment-led business</li><li>Build relationships with engaged, high-value customers</li><li>Exposure to financial markets and trading activity</li><li>Supportive, ambitious and competitive sales team</li><li>Clear progression opportunities</li><li>Strong benefits package and Birmingham city-centre location</li></ul>
