<p><strong>Workshop Mechanic (Heavy Machinery / Demolition)</strong></p><p><strong>£40,000 - £50,000 + Overtime + Local Patch + Progression + Vehicle </strong></p><p><strong>Swindon</strong></p><p>Are you an experienced mechanic, with proven expertise working on heavy machinery, looking to join a highly accredited demolition company?</p><p>On offer is a job at a well-established, multi-disciplinary company, that works across a wide range of projects within the mechanical demolition sector. Experience working with heavy equipment, especially Caterpillar, is required. Progression to senior positions is available.</p><p>In this role, you will work on a variety of equipment, including excavators ranging from 20 to 90 tonnes. Your responsibilities will include repair, maintenance, inspections, fault diagnostics, and fabrication or modification of parts. The role will involve a combination of workshop-based and on-site work, depending on operational requirements.</p><p>This role would suit a candidate with extensive experience in servicing and repairing heavy machinery, along with strong knowledge of hydraulic systems.
