Waking Night Support Worker

<p>We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly service in Bedford. If you would like a rewarding role supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities to achieve their life goals and join the local community, then we would love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Support Worker Duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support,</li><li>Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users,</li><li>Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.</li></ul> <p>This is a role of 20 hours per week, with shifts being worked Wednesdays and Sundays. <strong>At least 12 month's experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential</strong>.
