<p><strong></strong><strong> TST Caseworker - Tenancy Sustainment & Floating Support</strong><strong>Location:</strong> PAN London<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £17.14 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)<strong>Contract:</strong> Temporary (Approx. 2 months)<strong>Hours:</strong> 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM)<strong></strong><strong> Overview</strong>Central Recruitment is currently recruiting for a <strong>TST Caseworker</strong> to join a dynamic service supporting individuals aged 18+ who are recovering from homelessness.This role focuses on delivering high-quality <strong>tenancy sustainment and floating support</strong>, helping clients maintain independence, improve wellbeing, and successfully move forward into long-term accommodation.<strong></strong><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a caseload of 25-28 clients, delivering regular key working sessions</li><li>Develop <strong>strengths-based, outcome-focused support plans</strong> with clients</li><li>Carry out risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies</li><li>Support clients with <strong>debt reduction, budgeting, and maximising income</strong></li><li>Work in partnership with statutory and non-statutory services, including accompanying clients to appointments</li><li>Support access to <strong>health services</strong>, addressing physical and mental health needs</li><li>Promote <strong>social inclusion</strong>, including access to education, training, and employment opportunities</li><li>Deliver and facilitate group sessions, activities, and drop-ins</li><li>Identify and respond to <strong>safeguarding concerns</strong> in line with policy and legislation</li></ul><p><strong></strong><strong> Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience or strong understanding of working with:<ul><li>Homelessness / housing support</li><li>Mental & physical health</li><li>Substance misuse (drug & alcohol)</li><li>Safeguarding and risk management</li><li>Tenancy sustainment (arrears, ASB, budgeting)</li></ul></li><li>Knowledge of housing pathways and move-on routes (PRS, social housing, supported housing)</li><li>Ability to deliver <strong>trauma-informed, strengths-based support</strong> and motivational interventions</li><li>Experience supporting clients to move into and sustain accommodation</li><li>Strong partnership working and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently (including lone working)</li></ul><p><strong></strong><strong> Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>PAN London</li><li>Travel expenses are claimable</li><li>Lone working involved</li></ul><p></p><p>Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies.
