TIG Welder

<p>Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our long-standing manufacturing client with their search for a TIG Welder.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Duties: </strong></p><ul><li>Carry out TIG welding, any MIG Welding is a bonus. </li><li>Working with Aluminium. </li><li>Interpret and work from engineering drawings with precision.</li><li>Operate independently or as part of a team to complete assigned work.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Time-served Fabricator.</li><li>Proven experience in TIG welding.</li><li>Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings.</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>The Package: </strong></p><ul><li>Salary is dependant on experience/expectations. </li><li>Hours are 37.5 p/wk. Mainly M-Th and 07.30-11 Fri. Some shifts with customer demand may revert to 6-2 or 2-10 though this is atypical.
