<p><strong>Telephony Engineer (eDV Clearance)</strong></p><p><strong>Role details:</strong><strong>Contract</strong>: ASAP start until March 2027<strong>Location</strong>: Hybrid (on-site attendance as required during deployment, mostly London)<strong>Rate</strong>: negotiable - inside IR35<strong>Clearance</strong>: eDV Clearance active is mandatory<strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Configure, test, and deploy enterprise telephony and unified communications solutions</li><li>Support telephony migration activities including number porting and legacy decommissioning</li><li>Troubleshoot telephony, call routing, and integration issues</li><li>Support cutovers, pilots, and phased site migrations</li><li>Produce technical documentation and as-built records</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Telephony / Voice Engineer in enterprise environments</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of VoIP, SIP, SBCs, and call routing</li><li>Experience with cloud telephony platforms (e.g. Teams Phone or equivalent)</li><li>Background in telephony migration or transformation programmes</li><li>Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?kvKO%2fmG%2frVoLeaN3uTuHb08XTMrsDRqng" width="0" height="0" />
