<p>If you love helping people, enjoy solving problems and want to start your career in IT and technology services, this could be the perfect opportunity.</p><p>As a Technology Service Desk Assistant, you'll be a key part of our Service Desk team, supporting colleagues across the organisation with administrative support, system updates and first-line IT support. This is an ideal entry-level IT role for someone who is organised, customer-focused and eager to grow their career in technology.</p><p>In this IT support role, you'll gain hands-on experience in a busy Service Desk environment, building your technical knowledge while delivering excellent customer service.
