<p><strong>Systems Analyst (ERP / Application Support)</strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Norwich (Hybrid, 3 days minimum on site)<strong>Salary:</strong> £ </p><p><strong>REED Technology</strong> are supporting a well-established organisation in their search for a <strong>Systems Analyst</strong> to join their Finance Systems team.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong <strong>ERP application support experience</strong> to take ownership of a core business system, supporting users, resolving issues, and contributing to ongoing system development and improvement.</p><p>The role is centred around <strong>Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)</strong>, but experience with other large-scale ERP systems will also be considered.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide <strong>2nd / 3rd line support</strong> for a core ERP system (Dynamics 365 F&O)</li><li>Act as a key point of contact between <strong>end users, internal IT teams, and external support partners</strong></li><li>Investigate and resolve system issues, carrying out <strong>root cause analysis</strong> to prevent recurrence</li><li>Manage and prioritise a queue of <strong>support tickets</strong> (approx. 10-15 per day)</li><li>Carry out <strong>system configuration tasks</strong> (e.g. user setup, dimension changes)</li><li>Support <strong>system upgrades, testing, and releases</strong></li><li>Work proactively with the business to identify <strong>training needs and recurring issues</strong></li><li>Assist in the development of <strong>reports and system documentation</strong></li><li>Deliver and support <strong>end-user training</strong> where required</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>application or systems support</strong> (2nd line or above)</li><li>Experience supporting a <strong>large ERP system</strong> (e.g. Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on <strong>root cause resolution</strong></li><li>Ability to manage and prioritise <strong>multiple support requests</strong></li><li>Experience working in a <strong>user-facing support environment</strong></li><li>Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>Azure integration services</strong> or system integrations</li><li>Understanding of <strong>database structures or data flows</strong></li><li>Experience supporting finance-related systems or working closely with finance teams</li></ul><p>If you have the skills and experience to carry out the role highlighted above, and this is a role of interest, please apply using the link provided. </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?GCyQiLeUhGXHZVWzK2oJEV37auIljUnbj" width="0" height="0" />
