Support Worker Driver

Working to empower people with a range of care needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we are committed to helping our clients recognise their strengths, abilities and personal resources.</strong></p> <p>Our supported living services in Clayton, Low Moor, Queensbury and Thornton provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, all who have unique support needs. To provide this care we require warm, motivated and person-centred Support Workers with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans.</p> <p>Full or part time hours available, including the option for sleep-ins.</p> <p>Your duties as a Support Worker will include:</p> <ul> <li>Providing respectful care, as well as practical and emotional support to the service users at our Bradford services</li><li>Maximising social opportunities and community engagement</li><li>Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users</li><li>Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service</li></ul> <p>Previous experience for our Support Worker roles is not essential.
