This is a full time role offering a fantastic competitive pay rate.</p><p>Benefits: </p><ul><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Competitive rates of pay</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Supervision</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>One committed and dedicated point of contact</li><li>An unlimited referrals incentive, giving you a £300 voucher for anyone you refer to us (T&Cs apply)</li><li>A full range of free training available</li><li>Access to 100s of discounts through the Hapi App </li><li>Free healthcare, medical and financial advice available </li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Specialising in statutory Child Protection is expected to hit the ground running with high-level risk assessment and legal maneuvers. </li><li>Leading Section 47 (Statutory) enquiries.</li><li>Participating in multi-agency IRDs to determine the immediate safety plan for a child after a referral.</li><li>Applying the National Practice Model to analyse the "Trigger Trio" (Domestic Abuse, Substance Misuse, and Mental Health) within the household.</li><li>Drafting and executing Child Protection Orders (CPOs) and providing expert testimony in Sheriff Court for permanence or supervision orders.</li><li>Managing complex cases.</li><li>Preparing comprehensive "Social Background Reports" for the Children's Reporter and advocating for the child's best interests during Hearings.</li><li>Carrying a caseload of children in kinship care, foster care, or residential settings, ensuring statutory reviews are timely and robust.</li><li>Agency workers in Clacks are often brought in to stabilize high-pressure teams; you will likely manage a full, complex statutory caseload from day one.</li><li>Recording all interventions and assessments accurately within the local authority's database (ensure you are familiar with current Scottish recording standards).</li><li>Self-Directed Work.</li></ul><p>Requirements: </p><ul><li>PVG</li><li>SSSC registration</li><li>Social Work Degree</li></ul><p>Experience: </p><ul><li>Children</li></ul><p>If you have any further questions, or wish to apply for this role then please contact Hannah on <strong> or </strong><strong>. </strong>Otherwise Apply Below and I will be in touch soon.</p><p>Are you thinking about a change in your career but not sure about this role?
