<p><strong>Enterprise Architect - ServiceNow (Telecoms) Inside IR35 6-Month Contract</strong></p><p>We're working with a leading consultancy on a high-profile telecoms transformation programme and are looking for an experienced <strong>Enterprise Architect</strong> with deep <strong>ServiceNow expertise</strong> to join on an initial 6-month contract (likely to extend).</p><p>This is a hybrid role, requiring <strong>3 days per week onsite in either London or Reading</strong>.</p><strong>The Role</strong><p>You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture across a complex telecoms environment. This is a strategic position, driving platform standardisation, governance, and best practice across multiple modules.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Define end-to-end <strong>ServiceNow architecture</strong> for large-scale enterprise programmes</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements into scalable technical solution designs</p></li><li><p>Lead architecture and best practice across key ServiceNow modules, including:</p><ul><li><p>TSM</p></li><li><p>TSOM / ITOM</p></li><li><p>IRM / GRC</p></li><li><p>SPM</p></li><li><p>OMT</p></li><li><p>CSM</p></li><li><p>HRSD</p></li><li><p>SecOps</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Design integrations, data models, workflows, and technical frameworks</p></li><li><p>Drive platform governance, standardisation, and scalability across the organisation</p></li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li><p>Proven experience as an <strong>Enterprise Architect</strong> within the telecoms domain</p></li><li><p>Strong exposure to <strong>OSS/BSS environments</strong></p></li><li><p>Extensive background as a <strong>ServiceNow Architect / Solution Architect</strong></p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of multiple <strong>ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities</strong></p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience delivering <strong>enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to operate at a strategic level</p></li></ul><strong>Details</strong><ul><li><p><strong>Contract Length:</strong> 6 months initial (high likelihood of extension)</p></li><li><p><strong>IR35 Status:</strong> Inside IR35</p></li><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid - 3 days onsite (London or Reading)</p></li><li><p><strong>Start:</strong> ASAP</p></li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?50N8xKcU4F04C2r1Z5PoWCxgjwjM8%2bNMd" width="0" height="0" />
