That is The Miller Difference.</p> Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Day to day management of the Technical Department and engagement with external contractors and consultants to ensure prioritised architectural and engineering advice is inputted into individual projects.</li><li>Ownership of planning applications by managing the process to ensure delivery on time and within budget.</li></ul> Qualifications and Experience <ul><li>Knowledge of technical issues and a good understanding of Building Regulations / NHBC standards gained within a Technical role.</li><li>Experience at a similar level with a residential developer.</li><li>Relevant qualification (HNC, HND, an appropriate degree or corporate membership of a relevant professional institution).</li><li>Beneficial to have a good contact base within the industry including Local Authority / NHBC contacts, consultants, architects, etc.</li><li>Good management and leadership skills.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?cygZ%2f1WRJ1qxSiGoQJPrbrqA%2fZguddbcj" width="0" height="0" />
