<p><strong>Senior Town Planner</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Southampton, Hampshire<strong>Salary:</strong> Competitive + bonus + excellent benefits<strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, Permanent</p><p>An <strong>international property and planning consultancy</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Town Planner</strong> to join its established planning team based in <strong>Southampton</strong>.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to join a <strong>market-leading multidisciplinary property consultancy</strong>, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the <strong>residential, mixed-use, commercial and strategic land sectors</strong>.
