<p><strong>Senior M365 Engineer </strong><strong></strong><strong></strong><strong>Location - London</strong><strong></strong><strong>Hybrid role - 3 days in Office</strong><strong></strong><strong>Type of role - 6 Months Contract with Potential extension</strong><strong></strong><strong>Payrate - £450 - £550 per day Inside IR35</strong></p><p>One of our clients, which is a leading <strong>financial services company, is seeking</strong> a <strong>Senior M365 Engineer</strong> to act as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical lead for their London division. Partnering with their global US team, you will drive architecture, security, and major migrations, while gaining early exposure to cutting-edge tools like <strong>Microsoft Copilot</strong>.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><strong>SME Ownership:</strong> Provide expert-level design, implementation, and support for Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and SharePoint.</li><li><strong>Lead Migrations:</strong> Spearhead critical projects including Mimecast-to-M365 and home drive-to-OneDrive migrations.</li><li><strong>Mail Security & Compliance:</strong> Act as the Line 1 security expert focusing on mail flow, routing, EOP, and Proofpoint compliance/e-discovery integrations.</li><li><strong>Local Governance:</strong> Serve as the primary M365 point of contact in London for stakeholder and committee meetings.</li></ul><strong>Must-Have Requirements</strong><ul><li><strong>8+ Years</strong> of M365 architecture, security, and design experience in a global enterprise environment.</li><li><strong>5+ Years</strong> as an Exchange Admin supporting large-scale, 24/7 corporate messaging.</li><li><strong>5+ Years</strong> with Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, and Microsoft EMS.</li><li><strong>5+ Years</strong> handling Microsoft/Proofpoint e-discovery and compliance processes.</li></ul><p>If you are interested then please apply with a copy of your CV.
