<p></p><strong>Senior Project Manager- Financial Services</strong><p><strong>Hybrid (Tunbridge Wells) </strong></p><p><strong>Up to £65,000 + Benefits</strong></p><p>An exciting opportunity for a <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> to lead a significant <strong>technology transformation programme</strong> within a regulated organisation.</p><strong>The Role</strong><p>You will deliver a major programme involving <strong>technology platforms, vendor-led delivery and data migration</strong>, working across business and technical teams.</p><p>This is a <strong>hands-on role</strong> in a lean operating environment, requiring strong ownership and delivery focus.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Lead full lifecycle delivery of a transformation project</li><li>Manage vendors, stakeholders and internal teams</li><li>Own governance, RAID logs, reporting and budgets</li><li>Support portfolio-level reporting and oversight</li></ul><strong>Experience Required</strong><ul><li>Strong Senior Project Manager background</li><li>Experience delivering <strong>IT / technology change projects</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>system implementation and data migration</strong></li><li>Strong stakeholder and supplier management</li><li>Background in <strong>financial services or regulated environments preferred</strong></li></ul><strong>Package</strong><ul><li>Up to £65,000</li><li>4-day working week</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Excellent benefits</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Reasonable Adjustments:</strong></p><p>Respect and equality are core values to us.
