Senior Architectural Technician

<p>MCS Group are working with a multi-disciplinary architecture practice to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician to join their team.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of sectors across Northern Ireland and Ireland, offering an interesting, challenging and varied workload. You will join a practice which takes pride in their success within the presentation of accurate, complete information and the delivery of projects on programme and within budget.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will work alongside the wider architectural team to work on a range of projects within the commercial sector.</p><p>You will;</p><ul><li>Work with the design team to ensure that designs are delivered in a timely and professional manner to clients</li><li>Produce accurate and well-presented drawings or documents in accordance with the design brief</li><li>Understand and create architectural details from general arrangement plans, taking ownership of projects and coordination of works</li></ul><p><strong>What's in it for you;</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Exposure to wide range of projects within the commercial sector</li><li>Join a motivated and enthusiastic team</li><li>Career progression opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate;</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced AutoCAD user with a construction/architectural/CAD third level qualification</li><li>Previous experience within an architectural environment on construction projects, with a proven track record of producing quality drawing work</li><li>Knowledge and experience of common building materials and details</li><li>Conversant with 2D/3D draughting software using AutoCAD and REVIT</li></ul><p>Full details will be discussed upon application.</p><p>Are you an Architectural Technician open to new opportunities?
