SEN Teaching Assistant

<p>We are seeking a committed and caring <strong>SEN Teaching Assistant</strong> to join a supportive school in Coventry.</p><p>This role involves working closely with pupils with additional needs, providing <strong>1:1 and small group support</strong> to help them access learning and reach their full potential.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN</li><li>Support learning across the classroom and adapted activities</li><li>Assist with EHCP targets and individual learning plans</li><li>Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation needs</li><li>Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO</li><li>Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment</li></ul><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong><ul><li>Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or similar setting)</li><li>Calm, patient and nurturing approach</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Understanding of autism, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties (desirable)</li><li>Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred but not essential</li></ul><strong>Benefits</strong><ul><li>Supportive and inclusive school environment</li><li>Opportunity to make a real impact on pupil progress</li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?DLlfkpzUkdCTK3VxiDcdlrP6%2fPezjIGsh" width="0" height="0" />
