<p><strong>Assistant Principal - Behaviour & Attendance (Autism & SEMH)</strong><strong>Start:</strong> September<strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent<strong>Pay:</strong> Dependent on experience (Leadership Scale)</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Assistant Principal</strong> to join a specialist SEN school supporting pupils with <strong>Autism and SEMH</strong>, with a clear focus on <strong>behaviour, attendance, and pastoral culture</strong> across the school.</p><p>The successful candidate will lead on whole-school behaviour strategy, attendance improvement, and pupil engagement, embedding <strong>trauma-informed, restorative and inclusion-focused practice</strong>.
