<p>Venn GroupNEC Project PlannerWork Style: Fully office basedLocation: BerkshireSalary: £40,000 per annum + BenefitsTerm: PermanentLevel of Clearance Required: Existing SC advantageous, DV Desired</p><p></p><p><strong>Brief Summary of the Role</strong></p><p>Our client is searching for a motivated Junior Planner to join a major infrastructure/construction programme.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with planning experience looking to develop their career within project controls, scheduling, and programme management.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Record site activities and progress, updating project schedules accordingly</li><li>Prepare and maintain logically linked schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project</li><li>Produce schedule updates, forecasts, S-curves and logic traces</li><li>Support Senior Planners with tender programmes aligned to NEC contracts</li><li>Monitor schedule changes and ensure alignment with project objectives</li><li>Prepare clear reports for progress reviews and stakeholder meetings</li><li>Identify and communicate schedule risks, delays and critical activities</li><li>Support procurement planning and monitor delivery dates</li><li>Track resource utilisation and associated costs</li><li>Assist with Earned Value Management, trend analysis and project controls activities</li><li>Support risk identification and mitigation workshops</li><li>Maintain accurate programme information for subcontractors and suppliers</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skillset / Experience Required</strong>:</p><ul><li>3-5 years' experience within construction, infrastructure or civils sectors</li><li>Experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project</li><li>Understanding of programme creation, implementation and control</li><li>Knowledge of critical path analysis & Strong Microsoft Office skills</li><li>Familiarity with NEC contracts</li><li>Good understanding of project controls / EVM principles</li><li>Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Motivated to progress professionally</li><li>Experience in safety-critical environments advantageous</li><li>Existing SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance</li></ul><p></p><p>If interested, please send your updated CV to<strong> </strong></p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?DLlfkpzUkdCsfzj7c3tCeTfQ59X3eTfah" width="0" height="0" />
