This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator. This is a full-time permanent job. The hours of work are either Monday - Friday 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5 so they can be flexible with starting and finishing times. Salary for this role is negotiable and can be discussed at interview.<br /><br /> Your new role <br />As Sales support administrator, duties include:</p><ul><li>Dealing with incoming calls and queries in a professional manner </li><li>Provide support to the sales team by phoning potential new clients/Leads and asking them 6 questions and updating database</li><li>Contacting customers and highlighting special offers</li><li>Taking customer's project orders and putting on system</li><li>Arranging appointments for sales reps</li><li>Posting on the company's social media pages and dealing with any incoming queries </li><li>Keeping customers updated on progress</li><li>Providing excellent customer service </li></ul><p><br /> What you'll get in return<br /> You will be offered an excellent starting salary, 29 days holidays.
