This is a great opportunity to join a business where you'll have real ownership, visibility, and impact on commercial performance.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>We're looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented <strong>Revenue Operations Manager</strong> to play a key role in driving data accuracy, insight, and performance across the revenue function.</p><p>This position sits at the centre of go-to-market operations, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.</p><p>You'll also take ownership of the CRM platform, ensuring it enables efficient, scalable processes across the full revenue lifecycle.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the accuracy and integrity of revenue data</li><li>Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting</li><li>Deliver regular insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders</li><li>Analyse pipeline performance, conversion rates, churn, and growth trends</li><li>Identify risks and opportunities across the revenue funnel</li><li>Support forecasting and scenario modelling</li><li>Collaborate with Finance to align CRM and financial reporting</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business decisions</li><li>Act as system owner for the CRM platform</li><li>Maintain data hygiene, governance, and user permissions</li><li>Optimise pipelines, lifecycle stages, and automation workflows</li><li>Ensure consistent use of data and reporting standards</li><li>Drive continuous CRM improvements and enhancements</li><li>Provide training and support to internal teams</li><li>Partner with Sales to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting</li><li>Support Marketing with attribution and campaign performance insights</li><li>Work with Customer teams on renewals, expansion, and retention metrics</li><li>Collaborate with Finance to improve processes and scalability</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning with data-driven insights</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>2-4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Analytics within a SaaS environment</li><li>Strong experience managing and optimising a CRM system (HubSpot)</li><li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams</li><li>Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li><li>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills</li><li>Experience building dashboards and reports (CRM or BI tools)</li><li>Process-driven with strong documentation skills</li></ul><p></p><p>For more information, apply now!</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?HEJlsczeL0sSa%2fTe%2f7f%2f%2fX2ZlOt2iA5ck" width="0" height="0" />
