<p>Are you an experienced and passionate leader in residential childcare looking to make a lasting difference? Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with Voices for Children Limited who is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of their children's residential homes, supporting young people aged 6-18 who have experienced trauma, neglect, and abuse.</p><p>About the company</p><p>At Voices for Children Limited, they put children first. They are committed to helping every child build resilience, develop trust, and achieve their full potential.</p><p>The Role</p><p>As a Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and inspire a committed staff team, creating a positive, stable environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.</p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility, dedication, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.</p><p>Key Responsibilities for Registered Manager</p><ul><li>Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements</li><li>Oversee safeguarding practices and promote a safe, nurturing environment</li><li>Manage care planning to meet each child's individual needs</li><li>Maintain strong partnerships with external professionals and agencies</li><li>Oversee budgets, staffing, and the overall operation of the home</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and prepare for inspections</li></ul><p>About You</p><p>You are a confident and compassionate leader with a strong background in residential childcare.
