<p><strong>Regional Service Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Commercial Coffee Machines - West Midlands</strong></p><p><strong>Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Worcester</strong></p><p><strong>£48,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary + £6k Car Allowance + Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Have you managed smaller field service teams before?</li><li>Familiar with electromechanical products?</li><li>Used to working in an SLA focused, fast paced environment?</li><li>Looking for a hands-off position?</li><li>Enjoy coffee (not essential)?</li></ul><p>Our client is looking for Regional Service Manager to join their expanding team in the Midlands. Great training opportunities and a chance to further develop your career and management style.</p><p><strong>Your Role as a Regional Service Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>You'll be directly managing 15 field service engineers within the coffee and drink sector.</li><li>Out in the field with team members 3 days per week.</li><li>Provide 1 and 2 line support to customers when needed.</li><li>Monitoring and improving KPI's, SLA's and other targetable activities.</li><li>Also dealing with the daily admin such as overtime, holidays, and sickness.</li><li>Conducting reviews, arranging required training with the internal training team in Coventry.</li><li>Liaising with the scheduling team to ensure team diaries are workable.</li><li>Reporting to the MD and Operations Director.</li><li>Monday - Friday, daytime hours + 1-in-4 weekends (home based).</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Background for the Regional Service Manager Position:</strong></p><ul><li>You really need some previous managerial experience on any electromechanical systems.</li><li>You'll have worked in fast paced environments with emphasis on SLA's and KPI's.</li><li>Empathetic and customer focused.</li><li>A good sense of humour.</li><li>Strong time-management and communication skills.</li><li>A love for coffee is advised but not essential here!</li><li>Full UK drivers' licence and right to work in the UK indefinitely as no sponsorship will be provided.</li><li>Willing and able to travel to customer sites with the engineering team as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>The Company recruiting for the Regional Service Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>A rapidly growing and expanding coffee and drinks service provider.</li><li>Strong customer service offering: a company who take pride in their work.</li><li>A casual office environment.</li><li>Longer term progression opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>The Package for the Regional Service Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>£48,000 - £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience.</li><li>£6k yearly car allowance.</li><li>On-going training</li><li>Life, medical, and dental insurance.</li><li>25 days holiday plus stats</li></ul><p>Please apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.</p><p>Dave is the main point of contact for the role.</p><p>INDENG</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?NgZUDhEgD%2b4kBYD6T8Xd8HHZoEucdvYKz" width="0" height="0" />
