Regional Manager

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Southwest - covering Exeter, Somerset and Dorset<strong>Salary:</strong> £43,00 per annum<strong>Hours:</strong> 37.5 hours per week<strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent</p><p>Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated <strong>Regional Manager</strong> to lead and oversee services and projects across the Southwest region. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing teams and operations across multiple locations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide strong leadership and operational oversight across services in Exeter, Somerset and Dorset</li><li>Manage, support and develop regional teams to ensure high performance and quality outcomes</li><li>Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, regulatory standards and contractual requirements</li><li>Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, partners and commissioners</li><li>Monitor budgets, performance metrics and operational risks across the region</li><li>Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota as required</li></ul><p>About You</p><ul><li>Proven experience in a regional, operational or senior management role</li><li>Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities across a geographically dispersed region</li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong decision-making abilities</li></ul><p>Essential Requirements</p><ul><li>Full UK driving licence</li><li>Access to your own vehicle (business insurance required for work-related travel)</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Southwest region</li><li>Ability to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?HEJlsczeL0si7YWgMeCGBIaSMPmMSz4sk" width="0" height="0" />
