Qualified social worker

<p>Leading and coordinating safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014 and triaging new concerns as part of the Duty Rota.</p><p>Managing a diverse and complex caseload with autonomy and professional judgement.</p><p>Undertaking strengths-based assessments and developing outcome-focused support plans.</p><p>Completing Mental Capacity Assessments when required.</p><p>Undertaking Making Safeguarding Personal Conversations that shape risk planning and outcomes.</p><p>This role will be working collaboratively with health partners, police, care providers, and voluntary organisations</p><p>Applying legislation, policy, and best practice to protect adults from harm or abuse.</p><p>Providing professional advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies.</p><p></p><p>What We're Looking For</p><p>Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered).</p><p>Strong experience in adult safeguarding or similar statutory adult services.</p><p>Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.</p><p>Confidence in managing risk and making evidence-based decisions.</p><p>Ability to work flexibly, proactively, and as part of a supportive team.</p><p></p><p>If you are interested in this role, please send your updated CV in the first instance.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?%2bjBHvVsVsDdnvIW76VRte6jjEDUuHW3qv" width="0" height="0" />
