Project Support Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys improving processes, and has a keen eye for detail. </p><p><b> What you'll be doing: </b></p><ul><li> Maintaining and supporting comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility at all times </li><li> Tracking resources, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects running smoothly </li><li> Producing clear and insightful MI (Management Information) reports to support decision-making </li><li> Identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes to improve overall project performance </li><li> Supporting risk assessment activities, highlighting potential issues and helping implement mitigation strategies </li></ul><p><b> What we're looking for: </b></p><ul><li> Proven experience in a Project Co-Ordinator or similar role </li><li> Strong organisational and documentation management skills </li><li> Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful MI reports </li><li> A process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement </li><li> Knowledge of risk assessment principles and practices </li><li> Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams </li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?1cWG9WvfIsrSuHV6pklB3GRggmy76qtxo" width="0" height="0" />
