Project Manager

<p>Are you an experienced project manager with a track record in post-merger integration? </p><p>Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fast-growing, investor-backed technology business to recruit an <strong>M&A Integrations Project Manager</strong> on a <strong>9-month fixed-term contract.</strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>This is a high-impact, hands-on position sitting at the heart of the business's growth agenda. You'll own and drive the full integration lifecycle across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions - from Day 1 mobilisation through stabilisation, Target Operating Model design, synergy realisation and formal integration closure.</p><p>Reporting to the Program Director, you'll act as the primary coordination point between the parent business and acquired organisations, leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement and ensuring every integration is delivered with clarity, pace and care.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end integration delivery across multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Develop and maintain clear integration roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives and synergy targets</li><li>Lead Target Operating Model (TOM) design and organisational change activity</li><li>Manage RAID logs, escalate risks and blockers, and drive mitigating actions</li><li>Track and report on synergy delivery, milestones and integration progress at senior stakeholder level</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of the M&A integration methodology and toolkit</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in M&A or post-merger integration (PMI) delivery - this is essential</li><li>Strong programme/project management background in complex, cross-functional environments</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels</li><li>Effective change management capability, including communications planning</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams</li><li>Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM) desirable but not essential</li><li>Background in professional services environments advantageous</li></ul><p><strong>The Details:</strong></p><ul><li>9-month Fixed Term Contract</li><li>Sheffield - hybrid working</li><li>Immediate/near-term start preferred</li></ul><p>If you're available for a fixed-term contract and have the M&A integration expertise to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Lvxcf8sYvdrYbJ4dpNbwu0kZHN4Yeownn" width="0" height="0" />
