<p><strong>Project Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Predominantly Central London - Zone 1</p><p><strong>Reporting To:</strong> Commercial Director</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Circa £70,000 + Benefits (negotiable depending on experience)</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday (flexibility required)</p><p><strong>Company Overview</strong></p><p>PLUS Interiors is a growing main contractor delivering high-end washroom and fit-out projects for Tier 1 clients across the commercial, retail, and residential sectors. The business is known for delivering premium interiors to the highest standards, underpinned by a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and service.</p><p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>To take ownership of the successful delivery of multiple construction and fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving project performance, managing procurement and supplier relationships, contributing to the design process, overseeing installation, and building strong client relationships.</p><p>This role is suited to a confident and capable Project Manager who can operate autonomously, take accountability for outcomes, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Take full ownership of multiple projects (£50k - £2.5m) from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality standards.</li><li>Plan, programme, and coordinate all project phases, including design development, procurement, and installation, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.</li><li>Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong working relationships and driving performance on site.</li><li>Lead procurement activities, including preparation of packages, assessment of quotations, and ongoing management of the supply chain.</li><li>Contribute to and coordinate the design process, ensuring drawings and specifications are buildable, compliant, and commercially viable.</li><li>Monitor project progress, costs, and risks, implementing corrective actions and managing variations to maintain commercial control.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations, promoting a proactive safety culture and maintaining high standards across all sites.</li><li>Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Support business growth through relationship management, identifying opportunities for repeat work and representing the business professionally.</li></ul><p><strong>Person Specification</strong></p><p>Essential:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out.</li><li>Strong track record of delivering projects from start to finish.</li><li>Good commercial awareness and cost management capability.</li><li>Experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and installation oversight.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements on site.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.</li></ul><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>Experience in interior fit-out or washroom projects.</li><li>Experience supporting pre-construction or estimating activities.</li><li>Exposure to working with high-profile or demanding clients.</li><li>Experience contributing to or coordinating design processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Self-sufficient and accountable.</li><li>Detail-focused with a commitment to quality.</li><li>Commercially aware and results driven.</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Professional and client focused.</li><li>Positive, proactive approach.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Profit share bonus scheme</li><li>Travel expenses</li><li>Pension contribution scheme</li><li>Private healthcare plan</li><li>Ongoing training and development</li><li>Clear opportunities for career progression within a growing business</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?G0hIdw8wptt6ggcwIKdkncURq0KLDRUJq" width="0" height="0" />
