<p><strong>Performance Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Well-respected London Housing Association</strong> London SE1 (Hybrid working) Full time, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) Immediate start Ongoing temporary assignment</p><p><strong>Pay rate:</strong></p><ul><li>£17.85 per hour PAYE</li><li>£22.59 per hour Umbrella</li></ul><p>The role</p><p>We are recruiting a <strong>Performance Analyst</strong> to join the <strong>Performance & Insights Team</strong> at a highly regarded London housing association. This is a key role supporting the organisation to understand, monitor and improve performance across the business.</p><p>Working to a strict reporting timetable, you will collect, collate and analyse performance data, producing high-quality KPI reports for senior stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to gather commentary and action plans, ensure data quality, and maintain clear, consistent KPI definitions.</p><p>This role is well suited to someone who is methodical, quick to learn, and confident working with data in Excel and presenting insights via PowerPoint.</p><p>Role purpose</p><p>The Performance Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring robust, timely and insightful performance reporting. By overseeing the collection, analysis and presentation of performance information, the role supports informed decision-making, regulatory reporting and continuous improvement across the organisation.</p><p>Key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Produce monthly performance reports to a <strong>strict timetable</strong> and agreed quality standards</li><li>Collect and collate KPI data from across the business, primarily using <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong></li><li>Prepare clear, concise <strong>KPI reports and dashboards</strong>, mainly in <strong>PowerPoint</strong></li><li>Support <strong>external and regulatory reporting</strong> requirements</li><li>Provide insight and analysis on key business performance areas</li><li>Work with service leads to gather <strong>performance commentary and action plans</strong></li><li>Maintain and oversee a <strong>library of KPI definitions</strong>, working with stakeholders to define, document and publish them</li><li>Carry out routine <strong>data quality checks</strong> and challenge inconsistencies</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to <strong>automate and improve performance reporting</strong>, increasing usability and impact</li><li>Use SharePoint and other Office 365 tools to manage and share performance information</li></ul><p>About you</p><p>You will bring:</p><ul><li>Experience in <strong>corporate performance reporting</strong>, ideally within housing or a similar regulated environment</li><li>Strong <strong>analytical skills</strong> with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight</li><li>Excellent <strong>Excel skills</strong> and experience producing reports for senior audiences</li><li>Experience using <strong>Power BI</strong> (or similar reporting tools)</li><li>Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and influencing data quality and reporting standards</li><li>A methodical approach, <strong>high attention to detail</strong> and strong problem-solving skills</li><li>The ability to work to deadlines in a structured and systematic way</li><li>Confidence presenting performance information clearly and professionally</li></ul><p><em>Experience in the housing sector is desirable but not essential.
