<p>GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a well established village nursery, recruiting for an experienced <strong>Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Educator qualified to level 2 or level 3 in early years care (EYFS). </strong></p><p>This fantastic nursery is commutable from Grantham, Ancaster, Sleaford, Bounre, Caythorpe, Cranwell, Stamford, Navenby & other locations in South Kesteven & North Kesteven. </p><p></p><p>The Nursery offers quality childcare for children aged from 0-5 years old, in a home from home, safe & fun environment, with a team of experienced, highly skilled & caring childcare professionals including a qualified School leader.</p><p></p><p>The Nursery houses several age specific rooms all leading onto their own outdoor patios & gardens with play space for all weathers. Due to the nurseries rural location it has a garden that is surrounded by open fields with horses & rabbits offering a tranquil setting for all.</p><p>Inside the nursery children are free to explore the natural open-ended play & learn areas.</p><p>Delicious home-made meals are prepared in the on-site kitchen by the dedicated cook offering a range of healthy, well balanced meals for breakfast, lunch & teas.</p><p></p><p>The fantastic garden area has bug hotels, fairy houses, camp fire, dens & more.</p><p>We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team, working primarily in our baby room. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-2 years.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies</li><li>Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework</li><li>Support children's development, learning, and emotional well-being</li><li>Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues</li><li>Carry out observations and maintain accurate records of children's progress</li><li>Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times</li><li>Assist with daily routines including feeding, changing, and sleep times</li></ul><p><strong>Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)</li><li>Proven experience working in a baby room setting</li><li>Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework</li><li>Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures</li><li>Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Experience with children with additional needs</li><li>Knowledge of baby development milestones</li></ul><p><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> x4 days per week between Monday - Friday, with x1 day off in the week (flexible), working hours between 07:30am - 6pm.</p><p>If you are working as a Early Years Educator, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, & Nursery Assistant, or are freshly qualified the client will consider you.
