<p><strong>Role:</strong> ML Lead<strong>Type:</strong> 12 Months Contract<strong>Location:</strong>London, UK<strong>Working Model:</strong> Hybrid (2 days per week in office)</p><p><strong>Payrate: </strong>400 - 500 GBP/day on Inside IR35 on Umbrella<strong></strong></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong> We are seeking an ML Lead to manage our team and spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge Agentic Systems and LLM applications.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage the ML team and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.</li><li><strong>LLM & Agent Development:</strong> Build autonomous AI agents, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine-tune LLMs using PEFT techniques like LoRA.</li><li><strong>Data Engineering:</strong> Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process structured and unstructured data.</li><li><strong>MLOps & Infrastructure:</strong> Automate CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud/container infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes), and oversee secure model deployment and performance monitoring.</li><li><strong>Responsible AI:</strong> Build trustworthy AI systems with quantifiable metrics for fairness, explainability, and compliance.</li></ul><p>This is an urgent vacancy with a deadline where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
