Job description
<p>My Client based BT13 area of Belfast requires a Part-time Medical Receptionist with some admin duties. This is a temporary post with the view to becoming permanent. </p> <p><b>Main Duties/Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>General reception duties - greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments, providing information regarding practice services</li> <li>Maintaining and updating files both computerised and manual.</li> <li>Typing letters, memos referrals, and confidential reports.</li> <li>Sorting and distribution of post</li> <li>Collect and collate data as and when required.</li> <li>Liaise with other disciplines, outsides agencies and departments, in a helpful and professional manner.</li> </ul> <p><b>Essential Criteria</b></p> <ul> <li>4 GCSE's including English & Maths (Grade A-C)</li> <li>Previous experience in a similar role (to include telephone & face to face contact)</li> <li>Fully computer literate</li> <li>Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative</li> <li>Excellent communication & organisational skills</li> <li>Flexibility to cover sickness & holidays</li> </ul> <p><b>Desirable Criteria</b></p> <ul> <li>Previous NHS Experience</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Hours 16 per week, Thurs & Fri 8.30am - 5pm</b></p> <p><b>Salary £13</b></p> <p><b>On-site parking</b></p> <p> </p> <p><em><b>To apply for the above vacancy please forward your CV via the link below or contact our office</b></em></p> <p> </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?HEJlsczeL0tEhRLPREoacnNwP7AURe9vk" width="0" height="0" />
