<p><strong>MEP Clerk of Works</strong> <strong>UK Projects (Healthcare & Defence)</strong></p><p>A leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering high-quality outcomes across both public and private sector projects throughout the UK, and spefically the midlands, are seeking an M&E Clerk of Works to support them on schemes across the healthcare and defence sectors.</p><p><strong>The Role / M&E Clerk of Works</strong></p><p>Working as part of a high-calibre consultancy team, you will play a key role in ensuring M&E works are delivered to the highest standards across complex, compliance-driven environments.</p><ul><li>Carrying out site inspections across M&E installations</li><li>Monitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications</li><li>Reporting on progress, defects, and workmanship standards</li><li>Liaising with contractors, consultants, and client teams</li><li>Ensuring works meet strict regulatory and sector-specific requirements</li></ul><p><strong>MEP Clerk of Works Skills and Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an M&E Clerk of Works / Site Inspector / Building Services Inspector</li><li>Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installations, and compliance standards</li><li>Experience working on regulated environments (healthcare, defence, or similar)</li><li>Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-focused mindset</li><li>Able to work independently across multiple project sites</li><li>ICWCI, CIOB membership</li><li>Electrical, Mechanical relevant degrees and experience</li></ul><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Active Security Clearance (SC or higher)</strong></li></ul><p><strong>In Return?</strong></p><p>Salary: £55,000 - £65,000</p><ul><li>25 Days Annual Leave plus statutory Holidays</li><li>Annual Ski Trip</li><li>Parking Pass for the Office</li><li>Company iPhone/ipad</li><li>Company Laptop</li><li><em>Professional Subscription Fees</em></li></ul><p><em>Additionally following completion of your 3 month probationary period:</em></p><ul><li><em>Individual Private Healthcare - Vitality</em></li><li><em>Pension - 4% Employer Contribution</em></li><li><em>Life insurance</em></li><li><em>Death in Service</em></li></ul><p><strong>If you are an M&E Clerk of Works, considering your opportunities, please contact Megan Cole at Brandon James. </strong></p><p><strong>REF: 21838MC</strong></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?8BtgX7rrSYHq9SJZyLhZle6X%2f%2fc0lqNky" width="0" height="0" />
