They're looking to appoint a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across site.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and people-focused engineer looking to step into a leadership role - or for a current supervisor looking for a fresh challenge.</p><p></p><p><strong>This is what you'll be doing:</strong></p><p>You'll oversee and support a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that all plant, machinery, and systems are maintained to the highest standards.
